Recovery Coaches SB is a resource center and a advocacy voice for successful recovery and personal empowerment. We want you to move forward from wherever you are currently in your wellness into a healthy and happy life. We see everyone as whole, creative and resourceful having unique needs to be meet to feel successful and healthy.
Recovery Coaches is a place where people with addictions, their families, friends, therapist, coaches, CEOs, managers of rehab centers, and practioners from all areas of health (mind, body and spirit) come together and share their talents and resources.
We want to create a comprehensive support team for your well-being.
Experts in recovery, addiction and health will post answers to your questions, write articles revealing the latest studies on the workings of the mind & body related to addiction, the mind-body connection, diet and nutrition, hormones, spiritual information, neurology, beating boredom, social anxiety, procrastination and many other topics and resourses.
